From The Chief, "The union representing physicians in the city’s public hospital system has slammed a decision by NYC Health + Hospitals to cut visit times for new patients starting this fall.

Last week, NYC Health + Hospitals announced plans to reduce the amount of time doctors spend with new patients in adult primary care and pediatrics from 40 minutes to 20 minutes, according to a press release from the Service Employees International Union's Doctors Council.
