From The Chief, "In August, NYC Health + Hospitals announced that it would reduce patient visits for first-time patients in adult primary care and pediatrics from 40 minutes to 20 minutes. Since wait times for primary care appointments have increased, the hospital-systems goal is for more patients to be seen.
